I am entry level tech, and i have my sister’s boyfriends computer and the computer needed a new battery so i got the battery but now for the past week i have been having trouble with the blue screen of death it is unable to boot to wndows and also unable to boot to safe mode. I have tried everything so i am needing of some help here. The computer is a dell inspiron 9200
