hi, i have a virus on my pc (win xp pro, service pack 2) if i run a virus scanner it gets near the end and goes to the blue screen of death so i cant remove the virus.
i cant use safe mode as it freezes when all the white writing goes fast on the screen. it stops on one called somthing like 3gp……..
can anyone help?
