We have a Compaq (Deskpro\PIII\128 Mb ram.)running NT 4.0.
The machine runs fine until shutdown. Just before the last window (the restart window) comes up it blue screens ans starts a memory dump.The message at the top of the screen says “kmode exception not handled. Address 801aff72 has base at 80100000-ntoskrnl.exe”
Ive reinstalled SP6 and reloaded vidio drivers. Microsofts database does’nt seem to have any info. Any ideas? I could really live without rebuilding this machine….
