Bluescreen on shutdown (NT4.0)

By jmarquez ·
When I try to shut down the system it goes through saving data to disk. Then it appears to have finish when the blue screen pops up. On the top of the screen it reads
unexpected_kernel_mode_trap. I am dual-booting with Win2000. I was working on personal setting on the Win2000. Then went back to NT 4.0, did some work and when I finished I tried to shut down like I always did when the bluescreen pop up. Help?

Are you dual booting of the same disk. I know Microsoft do not recommend this when using NT and 2000. If you go to Microsofts website and have a look in the knowledgebase and search for Dualboot, There are several ways around this depending on howytou have set dualboot up.

Good Look
