Well, first you will need 3 reciever cards, you need to decide if you want them internal or USB. I suggest USB2.0 (130 /computer) cost of around $400. EnGenius Long Range Wireless Router + Print Server runs around $349. The software will be included, USB is plug & pray so it's very strait forward. You should be able to do the project for under $1000, which for a wireless network is good. You may need a USB 2.0 card, If your usb is not 2.0. I suggest you search e-bay for one, I got mine for around $20. Half of what they were everywhere I checked. Granted you can switch brands out if you find a better price, just make sure they have software included. I think 3com also makes the cards. TDK's Adapter is around 150, but this site liked the Amazing Tech adapter better.

This is where I found this information:

if you need anymore help e-mail my personal account. G.Luck- Al

Bluetooth has a range of about 25 ft. Thats if no obstructions are in the way.

Bluetooth was designed for very short distances.

If you are going to try to go between rooms you would be better off going with 802.11 wireless protocal.

The 802.11b products have come down in cost since the 802.11g was released.
