Bluetooth issue not reciveing on the printer end

By Pommyboy_FearFactory ·
Hi,

i have a issue where the bluetooth signal drops out when the printer sits on the back side of a client. however if the pritner is right beside the PDA it will work fine, i am trying to get paper information relating to the issue that the human body absorbs radio waves?

I have

Been able to spin around on my chair while my Blackberry connects to a laptop with Bluetooth, so I don't think that the human body is absorbing the connection... Unless it's a particularly large body (quiet giggles).

Perhaps one of the devices has a faulty Bluetooth adapter?

A couple of ideas...

If bluetooth works well with other parties, then I'd guess that the bt unit or bt antenna in the printer is at fault. Warranty?

But, if you have heavy "radio smog" in the area, then it might bu simply radio interference.
