What does the message 'Alternative Body parts containing the same information' mean?

Is this a joke. Where did you see the error message - in Windows, Office, a software application designed for medics? Where?

This is the 2nd request for assistance this morning where the requestee has placed little or no importance in the problem- itherwise they would have quantified it further. Now wonder nobody answers these

Excuse me, this is not a joke. I know it is an obscure question but my director has asked me to source an answer for him. He received the message within a Mail Failure email which was sent to him after trying to send an email to his company address. He uses MS Outlook Express. I do have better things to do with my time than ask silly questions but this is for my director so obviously it has to be made priority. Can you now take my question seriously please.

There are a couple of articles that refer to the body parts, but I can?t find one specific to your problem. Frustratingly, one article refers to a fix in Exchange 5.5 that is in the US Service Pack!
