When I boot up my PC a statement comes up during the middle of windows upload stating that the system is being halted and to press ctl-alt-del, and insert the startup disk for the current OS on the PC. But, when I do this, the floppy drive cannot beread, and the same message continually show. I have a 200 Mhz pentium with 64 mb RAM, my HD is 6 gb. The system is 6 years old, and was rebuilt a year and a half ago with the above listed items. This current problem just started. Could it be the HD,and why can’t the disk be read in the floppy drive?
