if I put on my pc it powers on actually but it refuses to start up, there no beeping sound no picture to display infact apart from being on there is no ativity.When connected to the monitor it just bring out a flash.
When I open it up I discover the fan was not working ,I change the processor thinking that it was bad ,but I still have the same problem.
Could it be the motherboard or harddisk?
Iam at a loss I need help.
