boot failure...

i have a system with win XP installed on it...
wen the system is switched on it boots win XP
but as soon as the win XP loading screen is seen the system restarts...

can ne1 please help me?

Whelp...this could be caused by many things. Usually a problem like this is hard to troubleshoot, we'll start with basics.

Any new Hardware/Software added recently?

Have you tried booting into safe-mode? Via F8 after restart?

It could be a bad boot sector...corrupt file...which those are easily reparable, especially with all the great information you can find here. I believe I have the .PDF saved if you need it. Try those two basic things first...

Need a bit more insight on whats up, I'll subscribe and watch, keep me posted.
