When windows 95/98 will boot ,which are files that will loaded first in win 95 /98?

You can look at your boot log to see the loading (and the results of it).

Master Boot Record is located
IO.SYS-This file loads drivers and executes CONFIG.SYS, MSDOS.SYS and Command.COM
COMMAND.COM - Loads AUTOEXEC.BAT
Windows Core files loaded
WIN.COM
KERNEL32.DLL/KERNEL386.EXE
GDI.EXE/GDI32.EXE
WIN.INI-Along withWINFILE.INI and SYSTEM.II
