Boot from CD in Windows XP

By crucheau ·
I am working on an old PC. The floppy drive doesn't work. In the BIOS, I set the boot sequence to start from the CD-Rom. I have a bootable CD in the CD-Rom but when I start the PC, it goes straight to load Windows XP. I was wondering if anyone can tell me which F function allows to choose the boot order.

How old is the PC?

If it's a 486 or older the CD was connected to a Sound card and isn't bootable.

$Everything here depends on the Hardware being used to see if this is even possible.
