Boot Partition Letter Changed

Running Win XP on HP Laptop. Inadvertently changed the boot partition drive letter from C to Z. System won’t boot.

How can I change the drive letter back to C? I have Partition Magic. There is no floppy drive or Windows XP CD. Only have HP System Recovery CD.
