The last two times I tried to start my computer I got the screen message NO OPERATING SYSTEM FOUND.
I have a Fujitsu Lifebook 5010 running XP Home Ed.
After much time and irratation using F9 and I think F12) I finally got the computer to boot both times but this was extremely emotionally stressful to say the least.
Why out of the blue would this happen when for years I’ve had no problem?
I suspect that maybe recent XP Updates might have something to do with this–just my suspicions.
What do I have to do to correct this boot problem, so that my computer will boot like it should?
I worried at first that this might be a Hardrive crash issue but once I get the computer to turn on the drive seems as normal as ever.
