System:
OS= Win ME/Japanese
AMD Thunderbird800Mhz CPU / Abit KT7Motherboard / 64Mb Generic RAM, Asus Geforce 32Mb VideoCard
When Power on, Cooling fans, HD etc Spins up but no Power on Beep or Bios Screen.
If you Shut the machine down, and disconnect the power at the back of the machine and retry, then it boots without any problems..
Any ideas?
