Startup all of the sudden just wouldn’t complete tried to boot into safe mode but boot sequence just hung up after trying to load MUP.SYS file. This is for a friend and she doesn’t have a windows xp home disk. I tried using my xp pro disk to use the recovery console but I can’t get to it with my disk. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
