Bootable disk of windows200 professional

I want to make one bootable cd disk of my windows 2000 professional.i make bootable floppies of it and then i burn files of all startup floppies in one cd disk.But it dosen’t work at all.In that cd disk i also put the setup of windows 2000 professional.

Now how can i make bootable cd disk of my windows 2000 professional?
