Bootable Network CD for Ghosting

I?m looking for some advice on how to build a bootable CD that will log onto a network with DHCP and connect to a Ghost server. We currently have Ghost 8 Enterprise and laptops without floppy drive support. I need to build a bootable CD that will log onto DHCP domain and connect to the ghost server on our subnet. I have looked at Bart?s page on bootable CD?s but everything I have tried did not work. I?m looking for help to accomplish this.
