Bootable USB w/ Window XP

I have a 4gb UFD formated w/ fat32. Will this be OK or need to change to regular FAT? How can I change partition and allocate 2gb only? Will Bartpe do it automatically?

  it at 4GB formatted FAT32, you will be running in an NT environment. If you Partition it windows won’t see the second Partition, which would make it hard to access any Data that has been saved to that Partition in the PE environment.
