I have a system which will not boot up using the power switch (on/off). The power supply/fan start but the monitor screen is blank (no BIOS bootup text). However, when hitting the Reset button (after power ‘on’), the system will boot up normally andstart up Windows. Could this be Mobo related, BIOS related, or what? Has me puzzled.
