We want to web access only for one site for a certain staff group. The site includes both http and https addressing. It’s an ecommerce site — you go to an http and then once logged in, it changes to https. At that point, Border Manager says no.
To test, we tried just going straight to to an https side under the URL filter feature, and got the same response. So we suspect that Border Manager just is not set up to accept https in the URL filter — but it gives us no error when we put it inthe list of allowed URLs. The doc indicates that we could use ftp in the URL box, and so we thought https would also be possible. But it seems like it does not.
Has anyone else had experience with this?
