I am using office XP SP3, & printing on LaserJet 4000?s. Occasionally when I print (or go to print preview) the bottom 1/3rd of the doc is gone, but only on certain pages. I close the doc, set another printer as default, set the old printer back as default and the doc prints fine (it seems like making any changes to the properties of the printer and changing them back again works also). This is really irritating because it can happen all day long or once a year. We use the same exact drivers, both old and most up to date from the HP web site for all the other 4000 printers on the network and everything “seams” to work fine, the irregularity of the problem leads me to think otherwise. It has happened to a handful of users so its not just one person or printer in particular. I would say out of 100 users it happens to about 10 and out of 10 printers it happens on about 3 of them.
Any Ideas?
