I’m an ITIL methodology consultant and I work in europe and in the USA with companies who want to increase their service quality and compliance.
I’ve started to run into SOX compliance issues with a few clients and I’m not 100% uptodate on it. Does anyone have any pointers to some site/white papers or books that helped them out?
