I recently rebuilt a server that was running Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 running Brightstor Arcserve 9.0 build 2200. Attempting to run either a manual or scheduled job the job actully runs for about 10 minutes and I can watch files being backed up to the tape, but then the job always fails and is then put on hold. Job log shows the following message.
