Broadband Connection Sharing

Here’s the scenario: I have two Win98SE machines, one cable modem. Right now, one machine has access to internet. I want to get the other machine on as well, hopefully using something like Internet Conncection Sharing. Problem is, will the host puter like having TWO net cards? If so, this will be a snap. If not, what else is there?
