broadcastproxy

broadcastproxy appears in my running program list. (when you press ctrl-alt-del)is this some kind of spyware or adware? or torjan?

i do kill the program when i start up my computer.
but is annoying.

pls help...

What is the OS you are running? If yuo can get into 'Startup' list, check for the programs that are listed ther, and remove the one thats not needed.
Find any .exe in ur system related to this name, and try to know what is it related to.
Get us more details to find the suspect.

Boradcastproxy seems to be on the WinME annoyances list, but I cannot find the complete article.

It also seem to be on a separate C++ Client Library. The BroadcastProxy class controls the broadcast device. There's a 16 page article (page 15 describes broadcastproxy) at the below link:
