I have a Brother HL-1440 running Windows XP. When I print evelopes, the address is printed across the width of the envelope. Using MS Word, I am selecting the correct orientation (Stamp in first) in the Printing Options tab of the “Tools” – “Envelopes and Labels”. The HL-1440 will only alow an envelope to be inserted with the “Stamp in first”. What is going wrong?
