Internet explorer browser always delays after making an entry in a field susch as filing out a form such as this. After the first entry delay you can then finish filling in fields on the rest of that particular form with no delays. If you refresh or come back to a page you have to wait again about 2 minutes after the first field entry. I have reinstalled the IE 5.50 with no help.
