I have a web server running Windows 2003 Server, with an Intel ProSet 100 dual port NIC card. The issue I am having is that every so often, the system stops responding, no one can access the web site, and the server has to be rebooted to correct it. I check the event viewer and there is several errors of “the browser was unable to update the service status bits. The error was the data.” I am not sure what is causing this. Anyone else have ideas?
