Browser Problem

Several users cannot browse the domain (NT4)- but can browse a trusted domain. All TCP/IP settings correct.All services on the workstations are running correctly.Every one else on the same VLAN can browse without problem. The problem Workstations could browse a few days ago. Is this a WINS problem?
