Browseui.DLL

Hi,
Windows 98 SE, Dell Inspiron 3500 notebook.
When my system is booted, I get thie error: “Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module Browseui.dll at 0167:7117dl7c.”
This is exactly similar to Windows Q293174. But the thing is I am not able to find Internet Explorer in the “Add/Remove” to repair it.

Any idea to overcome this is much appreciated, as I have tons of data in it to be accessed and retrived.
