My users can't see our website from within the company network. I know it should be simple, but can't find out how to correct this. Any ideas?

Is the site an intranet site or on the internet. If its on the internet are you hosting it yourself. If its a local site it could be on the internet settings under connections. LAN settings bypass proxy server for local addresses. If its a local site then it would be looking out toward the internet for the site that is located locally. If the site is on the internet i would wonder is are you running your own DNS. If thats the case things could be tricky and you looking at how the DNS is set up.
