I resently tryied to run a program but i got the BSOD.
now i cant boot anything. When i turn on the computer i get past dell logo and i get a black screan and never go into the window loading screan. I never even get to the OS selection menue nor to the safe mode menu.
I tried to boot from a CD. It starts, it tells me to click any botton but when i do it goes to the black screan and stays there forever.
it acts just like when i plug in my MP3 player before turning on my coputer where it just goes to that black screan but with the MP3 i just unplug and reboot now i cant do that.
I looked around a little for similar problems and it looks like it might be an hardware problem (Mother Board or hard drive). Plz tell me it isnt as i have 2gs of ram in the mail for it (i got a pretty good deal but still nowone like to piss money away)and i dont want to spend much more on an old computer though it looks like i might have too.
its a dell dimension E310
i run windows XP media
1g ram
run with zero problem sense 2006
plz help me
