I was connected via Citrix Metaframe 1.8 to a Windows NT 4 server running ArcServe for Novell and was just about to submit a restore job when Citrix crashed. When it came up again and I restarted ArcServe and set up the job again and tried to submitit I got the error message:
Btrieve Error 200: Accessing file:
FRDOPSNW001/APPS:\ARCSERVE.6\DATABASE\ASPASSWD.DB
Attempting to: Update Record
followed by:
Failed to submit Job
Error code89D3: You are not a Queue user
Please ask your Netware administrator to use the User Profile to make you a Queue User.
I got my manager to try submitting the job but he got the same error messages.
Tried restoring the ARCSERVE.6\DATABASE\ASPASSWD.DB
file using FILER/SALVAGE and also copied one from another server but keep getting these messages.
Submitting jobs to other servers works fine.
Also found that pressing F2 for “Quick Access” and clicking “Database” and then selecting “Password List” for this server displays the contentsof this file but highlighting a line and clicking the “Modify” button and changing the password also displays the “Btrieve Error 200” message.
