I’m building a new personal system. AMD 1 gig, Microstar K7TPRO motherboard, SB X-gamer, CardExpert Video, 256mb RAM. All new components. Powered up and monitor is not getting a signal. Removed/replaced Video card (AGP) and RAM. Still the same;no video signal. Checked all connections. Any ideas
