I am relative new to TR and am in need of TR expertise: I have Windows Vista Home Premiun and when I burn a DVD from my computer (Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527) and it will play correctly on my computer but it will not play on other notebooks or expecially on retail TV DVD players. I have looked through my system for a software options and even tried downloading software to burn and play DVDs on all formats. All this and they still will not play on store bought DVD players. I used the DVD player’s manufacturer specification sheet to endure that I used the proper DVD ROM. Still it will not be read. I am at a loss. Is there something I am not taking into account or do I just have a bad burner? Any suggestions?
