I need some clarification
as to what exactly a business analyst should be accomplishing in the arenas of IT
and Operations. I have been placed in a situation where I am receiving very little direction and would appreciate any and all
assistance/advice that I could get from you. If perhaps you could lead me
to an example of an analyst’s document or point out some tips for a
business analyst that would be great.
