My organization needs a reporting tool to provide Sales and Management with the ability to access and run reports via a web browser. We are using Sybase so it would have to be compatible (I know Crystal is, not sure about Business Objects). We do a large number of custom reports for various clients, some billing related some just for information management and analysis. I understand both these tools have drag and drop report creation abilities. Can I realistically expect a sales executive to be able to use this feature? Also, any other vendors I can compare with would be useful. Thank you.
