Bypassing windows password on secondary hard drive

by crash763 . Updated 19 years, 5 months ago

I just built a new xp box, and I installed my old primary hard drive as my new secondary drive. When It was my primary drive, It had a windows user password on it. Now in my new box when i try to access the files that were its desktop and my documents folder I get an access denied message. I need to get to those files a semesters worth of work is on there.
I tried booting it as a primary but it wont allow me to. I know the password so if I can just get to some kind of password prompt it would solve my problem.
