C-A-D bypass tips

I have an old CPU that i know contains some files that i need to delete before passing onto someone new. However, i cannot bypass the C-A-D screen that i set up, as i seem to have forgotten the password! I do not have the operating discs & want to extract this information before passing the CPU onto someone else.
I have tried every option in the F8 reboot screen but to no avail. Does anyone know how to bypass this screen so i can disable the function & delete the files i need to?
