C + + Runtime Library

I have PIII/128MB RAM WIN98 (4.10.1998) 40GB HDDD. Whenever I try to run video/photo based programs I get error “C++ Runtime Library – Program C:\WINDOWS\WEBSHOTS.SCR abnormal program termination” This problem started when I installed Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum and now also when I try to load Webshots from www.webshots.com Please help what causes this error and how to rectify it Regards – Khushroo
