Problem Description:
When backing up a Windows 2003, 64 bit (x64) server, the agent can fail with the error
?AE0312 Unexpected error occurred in Client Agent. Job Failed.?
This problem will appear to happen at the start of the first volume backed up on the Windows 2003, x64 servers. Any other volumes on the server will backup without this error.
Looking at the Ntagent.log file, the following can be seen:
Exception: Backup @ Backup.cpp
Code: 0xC0000005 address: 0x000007FF7155992B
Code: 0xC0000005 address: 0X000007FF7138992B
Solution:
There is a Testfix available for this issue (T2D2683).
