cabinet files

If I have a win98 cd how can I find which cab has a given driver that I need? Thank you.

you let extract search all of them for it. at a command prompt, type extract /? to see all the switches you can use. let say you wanted to get a file called kernel32.dll. you cd into the cabs folder and type extract win98_22.cab /a kernel32.* kernel32.dll <enter>
don't have a 98 system handy. the filename win98_21.cab is meant to be the filename of the starting point. extract will search all the cabs starting with that. hope this helps.
