I’ve got a user on cable internet. He tells me that he looses connection after a few minutes of being online (surfing the web). If he reboots, the connection will come back on for a few minutes and then go offline or get disconnected again. He’s using the ZoneAlarm firewall product. Has anyone had similar experience? What should I be looking for?
