Calander permission

Hi guys we recently had a database failure and subsequently restored all user data to a targert folder in the users outlook (300 users). The problem is the user cannot send updates or make changes to previously created calendar entries and are currently getting the following error msg , "You can't send a message on behalf of this user unless you have permission to do so. Please make sure you're sending on behalf of the correct sender, or request the necessary permission. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk."

<for the record, we have changed send as and full access permissions and AD permission to try and resolve to no avail>
