Calendar Minimized when opened

When every I get a meeting request, I like to press the “Calendar” button to see what my day looks like (on the meeting request date) but my calendar always opens minimized. It’s really starting to bug me and I have not found a way to get it to openin a normal size window.

Have done outlook.exe /cleanviews with no change.

I would appreciate any tips.

This is in Outlook 2000
