Calender Merging in Office XP

By bruce.frankford ·
Just got the following task dumped in my lap. 3 big wigs need to see each others calendars. They don't like having to look at each others calendars individually. Is there a way to merge multiple calendars in to 1 common calendar they can all view? They are running Office XP with Exchange Server 5.5 Any ideas?

Try Outlook Team Calendar at:

I found out about this in TechRepublic's "Ultimate Outlook Compilation" and the original article is at:

Group Schedule - dirt simple

by glennho In reply to Calender Merging in Offic ...

One of the best features of OutlookXP - Group Schedules. From your (their) calendar, on the toolbar, select Group Schedule. Click New to create one - give it a name, like Bigwigs. Add the members you want to see. Save it.
This is now a hidden appointment in the creator's calendar, which stacks up the calendars in a timeline. Details are visible, appointments can be made from within...
Explore it - it is dirt-simple, and a great feature - best part is no administration. User creates, maintains, deletes.
