I need advise on which PABX to use which has the following features;
The PABX will serve as the central routing point for incoming and outgoing phone calls

At a high level, about 60% of the features you list are standard with any PBX.

Some of the features you ask about are ALL separate apps....typically call recording is a separate server (e.g. Telstrat) , call reporting is a separate server (e.g. ECAS). Call center voice services are typically a separate server (e.g. Symposium).

In terms of overall 'what' to choose, a whole lot depends on your requirements...if this is for 20 phones or 20000 phones? Is this all in one building with an existing Ethernet LAN or is this a new facility? Is there a need for site-to-site calling, desktop messaging, telepresence, etc.

In other words, you need to define your requirements, create a RFP, and talk to some vendors.
