Calling apple phone number for help

Why can’t I speak to someone on Apple right now? It says they’re open from 7 am to 11 pm central time and Im in eastern time where its 10:51 pm and I’ve tried calling them but every time the robot voice always ultimately says the offices are open from 8 am until 8 pm and are closed and to try calling tomorrow and yes I know about the pandemic but before like Im talking recent as last week I could call them past 8 pm and talk to people in like 9, 10,11 (my time) and the robot voice would never say that. So why now is it saying that? Are they really all closed or am I just not saying the right things to reach the late night hours people? if so, what should I say to reach the late night people to talk to, to help me with my apple challenge?
