Can a macro be build to move contacts from one folder to another?

In Outlook 2007 I have a business contact folder. Every night or every time a user logs into Outlook, all contacts in the business folder gets copied to another folder. The other folder is a SharePoint List folder. If the contact already exist, it gets updated with any new changes.
